A new study by academics at the London School of Economics claims that windfarms can reduce property prices within a 2km radius of the structure/s by up to 12 per cent.

A new study by academics at the London School of Economics claims that windfarms can reduce property prices within a 2km radius of the structure/s by up to 12 per cent. It also says that the structures may have a negative impact on house values up to 14km away.

So this month we ask, would you buy a house near (within 2km) of a wind turbine?
