Adam Henson

Born and raised on the family farm in the Cotswolds, Adam Henson’s wealth of rural knowledge has seen him present for Countryfile and various other programmes, including Lambing Live, BBC Radio 4’s On Your Farm, and Farming Today. Following an HND in Agriculture from Seale-Hayne Agricultural College in Devon, Adam travelled to New Zealand, Canada and Australia before returning home to the farm, which his father Joe gave him the running of in 1999. Adam also inherited Joe’s interest in rare breeds at a very young age. The two of them ran the business together, and Adam began presenting on Countryfile in 2001. Sadly Joe died in October 2015 and Adam currently divides his time between filming, working on the farm and spending time with his family.
