Following BBC Countryfile's Ralph Vaughan Williams special on Sunday (12 October), we are teaming up with BBC Music magazine to ask our readers who their favourite British composer is.


It may be Ralph Vaughan Williams's evocation of pastoral England in The Lark Ascending that gets your vote, or perhaps you prefer the Renaissance mass settings of William Byrd.
