Ellie Harrison will be exploring the landscape that inspired writers Ted Hughes, Whitely Turner and, of course, the Bronte sisters. Meanwhile, Matt is meeting the residents of the town of Todmorden, who, through the Incredible Edible food scheme, are aiming to become 100% self-sustaining.
