At Gusbourne, we produce exclusively vintage wines. We have a clear vision and a single goal: to create English Sparkling Wines that stand up alongside the very finest offerings from across the globe.
We believe that the only way to ensure the quality of our grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, is to grow them ourselves. That’s why we plant predominantly Burgundian clones and why all the grapes used in our winemaking are sourced solely from Gusbourne vineyards.
Our winemaking is a slow and measured process and we follow strict, self-imposed parameters to maintain our exacting quality standards.
Today, we supply leading restaurants in the UK such as The Fat Duck, Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, L’Enclume, Moor Hall and The Clove Club and leading hotels such as Whatley Manor, Corinthia and the Langham. Our wines can be found at prestige retailers including Berry Bros. & Rudd, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Fortnum & Mason, as well as many specialist wine merchants across London.
