Does the presence of under-14s in pubs negatively affect your enjoyment?
A survey by the compilers of The Good Pub Guide 2016 has claimed that pub customers are increasingly unhappy that children are allowed to run around and play loudly in pubs. They say that customers are complaining that under 14s in pubs ruins the whole pub experience.
Fiona Stapley, editor of the guide, believes that even though pub landlords often welcome families, they secretly hope that parents leave their children at home.
What do you think? Do you get annoyed by children in pubs or are you happy that modern pubs are more welcoming to the under 14s?
