One of the BBC's most popular programmes, Countryfile airs weekly on BBC One and reports on rural, agricultural and environmental issues in the UK.

Launched in 1988, Countryfile replaced the long-running show Farming with the aim of covering a broader view of the countryside. John Craven is the show's most long-standing presenter, working on the programme for more than 30 years after joining the show the following year.

Regular presenters also include Matt Baker, Anita Rani, Ellie Harrison, Tom Heap and Adam Henson. Plus, Sean Fletcher, Adrian Chiles, Hamza Yassin, Joe Crowley, Helen Skelton, Charlotte Smith, Margherita Taylor and Steve Brown also appear on the show.

Here is our weekly TV guide to Countryfile, including what's coming up on the show and what time it airs on BBC one.

Who are the Countryfile presenters this Sunday?

Sean Fletcher, Margherita Taylor, Adam Henson and Charlotte Smith are the main presenters on Countryfile this week.

What is on BBC Countryfile this week?

Ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week, Sean Fletcher and Margherita Taylor travel to the Sharpham Trust, located in the beautiful wilds of south Devon. It's an internationally recognised centre and has been connecting people with nature since 1982. Amongst its 550 acres of woodland, gardens, meadows and rivers, the charity offers a range of programmes that help with different aspects of mental health and wellbeing.

With an increase in mental health problems of some kind each year, Margherita and Sean will see how spending time outdoors and bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your physical and mental wellbeing. Margherita hears how stress burnout has been alleviated by working in the garden at Sharpham, and she meets a group of incredible young girls who found relief and respite in the woods. Sean tries canoeing on the River Dart to experience the calming effects of water.

Adam is looking at the importance of farmers discussing their mental-health challenges to help the wider agricultural community. Charlotte heads to Warwickshire to investigate the impact on mental health that inspections can have on farmers.
