Helen Hutchings-Cox

Helen Hutchings-Cox is an RHS-qualified gardener, writer and educator specialising in wildlife-friendly gardening. Growing fruit, vegetables and flowers across allotments, gardens, greenhouses and containers, she focuses on practical ways to grow your own food, while creating space for nature and building community. Helen writes for national publications, presents at Gardeners’ World events, works with a number of nature and gardening charities (including sitting on the RHS Council) and shares beginner friendly gardening advice with more than 400,000 people online as @helenlikesplants. She is also undertaking an MSc in Biodiversity & Conservation, with her research focusing on biodiversity in gardens.
