If you love cosy crime, then you might have read the Reverend Richard Coles' book series the Canon Clement Mysteries – now, 5 has adapted the first book into upcoming TV drama Murder Before Evensong.
Matthew Rhys (of Harry Potter and All Creatures Great and Small fame) stars as Canon Daniel Clement, a rector who finds himself entangled in a murder case when a dead body turns up in his church. As the police begin to investigate and more bodies are found, Daniel struggles to keep his community together – as well as help catch a killer.
