Popular with artists and photographers, this vast bi-annual gathering of Gypsy travellers and horse traders, evolved from a charter granting a sheep fair to meet here in 1476.

Today you’ll find all things equine, including parades of horses ready for trading, along with spectacularly decorated horse-drawn caravans and many interesting stalls.

Thursday 22nd October,  Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, in fields on the Maugersbury Road. More information available here.
