One of the BBC's most popular programmes, Countryfile airs weekly on BBC One and reports on rural, agricultural and environmental issues in the UK.

Launched in 1988, Countryfile replaced the long-running show Farming with the aim of covering a broader view of the countryside. John Craven is the show's most long-standing presenter, working on the programme for more than 30 years after joining the show the following year.

Regular presenters also include Matt Baker, Anita Rani, Ellie Harrison, Tom Heap and Adam Henson. Plus, Sean Fletcher, Adrian Chiles, Hamza Yassin, Joe Crowley, Helen Skelton, Charlotte Smith, Margherita Taylor and Steve Brown also appear on the show.

Here is our weekly TV guide to Countryfile, including what's coming up on the show and what time it airs on BBC one.

Who are the Countryfile presenters this Sunday?

Adam Henson is the main presenter on Countryfile this week.

What is on BBC Countryfile this week?

To wrap up this year’s lambing season, we’re at Adam Henson’s farm in the Cotswolds to see what’s next for his new spring additions. As well as the mischievous lambs, Adam checks in with his Highland calves, Gloucester old spot piglets and a brand new Exmoor pony foal. With ewes and lambs to sell on, and one-year-old rams to shear, there’s plenty to be getting on with.

Adam also takes a dive into the Countryfile archives to revisit some of our favourite lambing memories – from hardy breeds that lamb outdoors to exhilarating moments from the lambing shed.
