Charles Rangeley-Wilson writes about fishing, rivers, travel and conservation for titles including BBC Countryfile Magazine, Country Life, The Telegraph, The Field and Trout and Salmon Magazine. In 2009, he presented BBC Four's 'Fish! – A Japanese Obsession' about relationship between the Japanese people and fishing. His book Silver Shoals: The Five Fish That Made Britain (Chatto & Windus) was released in 2018.
