Ingredients
- Radishes 12, small ones
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Golden caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
- Fresh dill pinch
- Apple cider vinegar 100ml
Method

Step 1
Cut the radishes into thin slices and place in a bowl.

Stir in the salt, sugar, mustard seeds and dill. Leave for 20 mins.

Step 3
Warm the cider vinegar and 50ml water in a small saucepan, then pour over the radishes. Stir to dissolve the sugar and salt, then leave to cool.
