Ingredients
- Your favourite red wine 2 x 750ml bottles
- Cointreau 100ml
- Oranges 2, zest and juice
- Lemon zest
- Golden caster sugar 120g
- Cinnamon sticks 2
- Star anise 3
- Cloves 4
- Slices of orange

Put all the ingredients (except the slices of orange) in a slow cooker on low for 1 1/2 – 2hrs until hot. Ladle into heatproof glasses and serve with slices of orange.
