Longest stretch of England Coast Path now open in Somerset
The longest stretch of the new England Coast Path has now opened in Somerset - allowing public access to some of the region's most stunning sites, including views of Exmoor and the Bristol Channel.

Opening in sections, when completed in 2020 the new National Trail will run all around England's coast.
According to Natural England, the England Coast Path will be be one of the longest coastal walking routes in the world.
The newly unveiled 58 mile route in Somerset runs from Minehead to Brean Down and cost £200,000 to create.
